PromoMania IV was the twenty-first Max Wrestling Podcast special, and fourth under the
PromoMania chronology, it was also the 212th episode of Max Wrestling Podcast. The event was hosted by Dazzy Dangerously and featured regulars The B****** and Mike Larkin, plus special guests Emir "BlackBane" Costello and The Phoenix. The Knowledge Championship was defended as Dazzy announced The Phoenix would be cashing in his Iron Bank Contract in advance. Mike defeated The Phoenix, ensuring his reign would continue past 365 days - his first year reign was cut short by one day at Podcast Promo Rumble 3 last year by Kinny Killa. The Promo Championship was also defended as The B****** challenged Costello in the culmination of a well-documented fierce rivalry. This event also featured the announcement of the new Four Corner Network - ran by Dazzy Dangerously, Mike Larkin and Emir Costello. Sister-show Throne Zone began its second season during the week following this event. Due to it's length, PromoMania IV was edited into two parts for Facebook, one part being only the NXT Takeover predictions, and the other being everything before and after the Takeover segment (the latter was also the version used for Podomatic). It was uploaded in its entirety on YouTube, Soundcloud and iTunes. Previous episodes are available here for members only.
