The second event was hosted by Dazzy Dangerously with regular The Phoenix with special guests B-Rott, Evan Makeba, James Belmont, Kinny Killa, Kourtney Broughton and Michael Cook. This was the first episode to be featured on VOC Nation.

The B****** looked to make up for being unable to appear at the first special, but was again forced to miss the show. Kourtney Broughton provided one of the show's most memorable promos, which is often referred to, consisting simply of: "Everyone knows I hate the Bellas. You're f***ing dead." *mic drop*.

The final event under the Podcast Promo Takeover banner was hosted by Dazzy Dangerously with regulars The Phoenix and Evan "Money" Makeba, with special guests The B******, James Belmont
and Kinny Killa.

The final of the Podcast Promo Championship Tournament took place on this episode, with The B****** defeating The Phoenix following Kinny Killa's elimination. An angle was run in the weeks prior to this event, where The Phoenix embezzled with the voting system - leading to James Belmont being suspended from the show. Belmont made a return to the show prior to the final, following Dazzy's appearance on Belmont's Off Shoot Radio, promising to inspect the voting and thereby discovering The Phoenix's "treachery." Only Dazzy, The Phoenix and James Belmont were privy to this angle.
