​Podcast Promo Rumble 5 was the twenty-fifth Max Wrestling Podcast special, and fifth under the Podcast Promo Rumble chronology, it was also the 254th episode of Max Wrestling Podcast. The event was hosted by Dazzy Dangerously and featured regulars The B****** and Mike Larkin, plus special guests Moses Marquez, The Phoenix and Travis "The Walker" Anderson.

The Promo Championship was defended against a challenger chosen by the Champion. As Champion, The Walker elected to defend against Moses Marquez.

In his first defence, Knowledge Champion The Phoenix lost to Moses Marquez, marking the third time the title has changed hands at Podcast Promo Rumble.

Robert Davis and The Demoness had their rematch from Promo Climax 2 in "Showdown In The Shadows II." And Cypher faced Tedd P Dinero, the winners of both matches faced each other at the 5th Anniversary show for a Promo Title shot at PromoMania V.

This special also featured predictions for NXT Takeover: Houston and Royal Rumble.

The episode aired on January 23rd, 2020 on Facebook, YouTube, Soundcloud, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Play and the Four Corner Network. Unfortunately, Facebook screwed with this special and removed the episode. However, the following week, Dazzy "awarded" 5,434 views to it.
